We're staying in a private villa inside a gated resort community in Orlando, about twenty-five minutes from Orlando International Airport. Each attendee has her own private bedroom and bathroom... no sharing, no roommate roulette.
Heated private pool, hot tub, alfresco dining under the lanai, full chef's kitchen, multiple gathering spaces, and a game room for when we close the laptops. Wifi that actually works. Air conditioning that actually works.
Outside the villa, access to the resort clubhouse... lazy river, fitness center, walking paths. You can take your coffee outside on Day Two morning and walk before the work starts.

No pressure, no busywork... just a warm welcome and a head start, so when you walk into the villa, we can get straight to the good part.
