In March 2020, I walked away from a corporate coaching career to go all-in on my own business.
Two weeks later, the pandemic hit. I launched anyway.
My first offer was a free five-day challenge... no ads, no polished course, no big audience. Just a deep desire to help people and an instinct that if I showed up live and walked with my students step by step, they would actually finish and get results.
I went from ZERO to 400 email subscribers and 95 students enrolled in a course I had not yet built.
I showed up live. I answered questions in real time. I guided people through each step. What I had accidentally built — before I ever heard the word — was a cohort.
That program ran for two years and generated over $200,000. Not because the content was revolutionary. Because the experience was human.

Six years later, that same instinct has generated $1.3 million in revenue with a 70% profit margin. I've retired my husband, funded my daughter's dream wedding, and relocated our family to Florida to be near our first grandchild.
